Executing large-scale national projects in dredging and marine works demands a company distinguished by its possession of substantial equipment and a highly proficient and experienced team.

In pursuit of contributing to the national renaissance, Mr. Dawood Abdulaziz Al-Dawood founded the Saudi Dredging Company in 1978, situated in the city of Al-Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Our fleet is well-suited for a variety of dredging operations. Coupled with a team of operators and professionals boasting practical experience, we are well-prepared to oversee and execute a diverse range of marine projects, including drilling, port deepening, reclamation, breakwater installation, wharfs, and various other marine works.

Since its inception, the Saudi Dredging Company has successfully implemented numerous projects in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom.

Resorts Design

In designing resorts, We rely on the study of water and weather dynamics to ensure the flow of water movement.

Irrigation and Drainage

We are conducting an environmental study to rehabilitate beaches and cultivate artificial coral reefs to preserve marine life.

We offer a distinctive hull monitoring service within Saudi Arabia, providing expertise in all classes of underwater ship surveys (UWILD). Our comprehensive underwater services cover both onshore and offshore operations, extending globally to deliver under water maintenance and repair solutions for shipping and offshore industries. Our solutions empower ship owners with complete oversight of their vessel's hull condition, optimizing performance while minimizing the need for drydocking, thus saving time, trouble, and expenses.

We supply a range of equipment and materials for various underwater needs, including neutrally buoyant hull aperture blanks, afloat engineering support equipment, underwater hull cleaning equipment, underwater applicable coatings, and cathodic Protection Materials.

Design & Consultancy

We provide marine engineering consultancy, project management, engineering design optimization, reduction of dock dependency, cofferdam design & manufacture, hull survey methodology, acoustic cladding training, underwater coating, bonding & fastening solutions, as well as expertise in 3D modeling.

Marine

We offer Marine Operations Management, Ship Chartering, Consultancy, Crew Management, Logistics, and project support. Specializing in delivering exceptional broking services to clients in offshore oil & gas, wet & dry bulk, and subsea industries, we collaborate closely to ensure the right vessel is at the right place and time. Additionally, we prioritize securing the best deals for clients when selling or purchasing vessels.

Marine Survey

We bring forth a wealth of expertise and experience in ship surveying. Our collaborative efforts encompass a range of surveys, such as on-hire & off-hire surveys, vessel condition survey, ship damage & repair survey, draft survey, bunker survey, lashing & securing, and inspection of ship holds' cleanliness. All our reviews and approvals align meticulously with both national and international standards.

Cargo Inspection

We offer a complete range of inspection, verification, superintendence, survey, monitoring, and advisory services. Our extensive portfolio includes discharge supervision, quality control during production, general weighing, visual inspection, sealing/unsealing, loading supervision, stowage/stuffing control, tally, damage/shortage, and sampling.

Container Inspection

We provide specialized cargo container inspection services tailored to clients seeking assurance during loading and unloading. Our focus is on ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as adherence to proper goods handling procedures. Our trained inspectors closely supervise these processes and are qualified to conduct In-Service Checks, including container sea-worthiness inspections.

Marine Management Systems

We offer a variety of management services, including ISM Internal Audit, ISPS Internal Audit, preparation for Port State Control Inspection, and drug and alcohol testing.

Marine quality assurance-audit, inspections, & pre-vetting

Our services encompass a wide range of maritime solutions, including audits for navigation, and ISO compliance. We conduct tanker assessments such as SIRE and CDI Pre-Vetting Inspections, along with ship valuation and pre-purchase inspections. We also provide manual reviews for shipping companies and cargo expediting services for bulk carriers, oil, chemical, and gas tankers. Moreover, our expertise extends to vessel tank cleaning for chemical, product, and crude tankers, as well as bulk carriers. Additionally, we offer corporate in-house training for fire fighting, first aid, and stress management.
